The Township of Langley (the “Township”) requests proposals from a professional, dynamic team of highly skilled consultants (the “Consultant”) with expertise in water and sanitary sewer engineering to complete an engineering services plan (ESP). The plan will detail, among other things described herein, schematic plans for water and sanitary sewer. This qualified consulting team will work with staff to provide leadership and demonstrate innovative solutions that guide the development of the Salmon River Uplands and Fraser Highway.
