The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, permits and licenses, and management required to perform the cleaning services in accordance with the highest standards of the industry and to be in conformance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. The basic scope includes routine cleaning at Township of Langley Civic Buildings, Fire Halls, and Arts and Culture Buildings.
