Notice is hereby given by the Township of Langley (“the Township) of the intent to contract with McCuaig & Associates Engineering (MAE) (the “Service Provider”) for the following: “Conducting Building Condition Assessment and compiling the data in AssetPlanner platform developed by Ameresco”. The Township intends to award the contract for “project description”. for a period of 1 year commencing January 1, 2027, at an annual anticipated cost of approximately $100,000 plus GST The Township may, at its sole discretion, elect to extend the Term of this agreement for up to 2 additional years (24 additional months), |
