The Corporation of the Township of Langley (the “Township”) is seeking Proposals from a team of experienced and qualified consultants to undertake three detailed feasibility studies at:
• Fire Hall No.5 (Brookswood) at 20355 - 32 Avenue,
• Fire Hall No.7 at (Otter) 3876 - 248 Street, and
• Fire Hall No.8 at (Walnut Grove) 9580 - 208 Street in Langley, BC.
The team should consist of a lead architect and consulting services team to perform architectural and professional engineering services. The services performed by the successful Proponent team should include but not limited to architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, landscape, structural, and environmental/energy.
