The Township is looking for a multidisciplinary team for the Walnut Grove Community Center Renewal Program to at minimum:

• Assess existing conditions across architectural, structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, life safety, accessibility, sustainability, and on-site civil systems;

• Evaluate community needs – past, present, and anticipated – including functional capacity gaps relative to the original design intent;

• Identify renewal and upgrade opportunities, distinguishing near-term priorities from long-term actions; and

• Establish an implementation strategy that minimizes disruption to users, ensures safe operations during construction, and provides effective cost and schedule control.
