The Township of Langley (Township) intends to renovate the Fraser River Presentation Theatre (FRPT) during the 2025 summer Council break. The project will commence on July 22 and must be substantially completed and ready for use by September 8th, 2025. The Township of Langley is looking for a general contractor to lead the project including but not limited to all trade's procurement, trades coordination, site health and safety, and all related work to complete the project within the specified timeframe. As defined within the attached General Conditions. |
