The Corporation of the Township of Langley (the “Township”) is seeking Request for Statements of Qualifications (the “RSOQ”) for the Fire Hall 6 Building HVAC System Upgrade project located at 22170 50 Ave, Langley. All interested parties (each, a “Respondent”) are invited to submit a response and are required to demonstrate direct experience acting as the prime contractor for the installation, upgrade, or replacement of HVAC systems in municipal buildings, delivered under a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) or an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) models.
