The Corporation of the Township of Langley (Owner) invites tenders for: Installation of a 21m long 1.8 x 1.8m concrete box culvert, lock-block retaining walls, raised asphalt driveway and associated restorations. Tenders should be submitted in the Bidding System and shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of the original Bid Bond (or Certified Cheque) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price. The Owner, in its discretion, may request the original required Tender Security which must be received within three (3) Days after Tender Closing Date and Time. NOTE: the Form of Tender has been provided in Word Format and the Issued for Tender Drawings have been separated from the complete document for your convenience. |
